Behavior Policy

  • If we have any issues concerning the safety of of your dog or our staff, we will be in contact with you and we require for you to have an emergency contact on file who can pick up your dog if needed. This happens very rarely, but it is very important for us to ensure the best stay environment possible for every visitor and all of our staff.

Holiday Policy

  • Closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on all major holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

*If you wish to pick up your pup on one of these holidays, there will be a $60 pick-up fee AND the charge for the full day.

Cancellation/ Early Pick-up Policy

  • If you wish to cancel part of your reservation during the week, there will be a charge of your dogs daily rate for half of the days you cancel.

    • Example: Fido had a reservation from Monday - Sunday in a standard kennel ($38 a day), but was picked up Saturday evening with no notice. Fido will be charged an additional $19 for being picked up on Saturday evening instead of Sunday.

    * This cancellation charge applies when there is no cancellation or early pick-up notice within 48 hours. *

Two-day Minimum Policy

  • We at Manchester have a two day minimum daily rate. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!

After Hours Drop Off/ Pick Up Policy

  • If you wish to drop off and/or pick up your pup during the hours that we are closed, you may do so for an additional charge of $40 plus the rate of the day. The times that you request will be subject to our approval.

    • Example: Your pup has a reservation and you decide that you miss him very much and want to pick him up on Sunday morning when we are closed. You will be charged for the entire day Sunday plus an additional $40.

Medicine Pick Up Policy

  • There will be a charge of $25 added to your stay if we have to travel to your vet to pick up medication for your dog. This fee and the bill for the vet will be added to your stay if we pay for their medicine.

Emergency Medical Policy

  • A transportation fee of $50 will be charged for transportation to the veterinary clinic. This charge encompasses an initial hour of staff assistance. Should the duration exceed this hour, an additional fee of $20 will be applied for each subsequent hour of service.

Multiple Dog Policy

  • It is important for both the safety of our staff and your dogs that neither dog has shown any sign of food or resource aggression. They must be able to eat next to each other, if they need to be separated you will be charged for another kennel. It can be best if they eat the same food as well, but is not required as long as they both eat their own.

Intact Dog Policy

  • Un-Spayed Female

* Please remember to have backup care available if your unspayed female goes into heat. They will need to be picked up.

Puppy Policy

Puppies that are 16 weeks and under will be charged a $5 per day cleaning charge applied at checkout.

  • We also recommend purchasing extra potty breaks for your puppy ($16 for 20 minutes)
